Our heaviest checkout traffic is through mobile. However, the current site is outdated, not responsive and the checkout pages were extremely hard to navigate and we were losing a significant amount of buyers in the last few steps. When I first joined the company, there were no plans of an app build and the new Beta site was just starting to kick off. So as one of my earliest projects, I proposed to fixing the check out pages on mobile - and these pages raised our clickthrough rate by 14% within the first month.
